The team at West Side is a part of our Learning Community where we gather virtually every quarter to explore findings from our ongoing Listening Tour. Our team interviews a select group of leaders with 5-10 questions around their background and history with soul care personally and with their organization. After the interviews, we conduct an analysis of our learnings and key themes that were highlighted and present these to our learning community.
