A Vocational Discernment Journey

Seasons of vocational restlessness are not uncommon and can bring on feelings like confusion, concern, stress, and even frustration. Tensions naturally arise in these seasons as we long for discernment. You might be asking questions like:

  • What’s my purpose? And how can I lean into it through my work?
  • What do I do if my work isn't fulfilling?
  • Am I burned out?
  • Is it time for a change or should I stay put?
  • How should I be thinking about the intersection of my identity and my work?
  • What’s God’s perspective on all of this?
