After hearing about and witnessing their compassion and sacrifice combined with her own transformation and growth through Spiritual Direction, she pursued certification with the desire to offer soul care to those who carry the burden of caring for others.

Chad has been practicing spiritual direction since 2018. Chad specializes in guiding personal spiritual formation and soul care for ministry leaders and has been involved in the spiritual formation and soul care of many Young Life staff and volunteers.

Raul Cruz

Raúl Cruz

Raúl Cruz has been a spiritual director for six years, previously providing pastoral care to church leaders for over a decade with Genesis Project. His gospel-centered approach to direction, along with his gifts in hospitality and discernment, help create safe space to attend and respond to God’s presence. Areas include contemplative spirituality, redemptive suffering, life discernment, and identity. Training: Denver Seminary, 2017. He offers spiritual direction in both Spanish and English.

Mark Harris

Mark Harris

Mark serves as the director of East Mountain Leadership Development in Cape Town, South Africa and speaks French. He has a passion to journey with leaders. He creates space for them to pay attention to the presence and the work of Christ in their lives as they explore their stories, both present and past. Mark received his MA in Spiritual Formation and Spiritual Direction certification from The George Fox Evangelical Seminary.

Deirdré Jansen Van Rensburg

Deirdré Jansen Van Rensburg

Deirdré is a pastor and faculty member for Sustainable Faith. She's skilled at helping people bring their pain to God to receive comfort, mercy, hope, and healing. She meets with individuals who have experienced ministry burnout, disillusionment in their faith, faced betrayal, are in a season of grieving or transition, or desire a safe place to explore doubts and questions.

Niecy LoCricchio

Niecy is a spiritual director and retreat creative with more than 20 years’ experience in ministry. She is passionate about coming alongside others and tending to God’s voice in the midst of life’s many transitions. As a recovering perfectionist and overachiever, Niecy has found play and slowing down to be life-giving practices in her spiritual rhythm.

Randi Lundgren

Randi Lundgren

Randi grew up in Europe in a home without faith. Loss, grief, divorce and mental illness in her family brought her to Christ as an adult. She has more than 12 years of experience in ministry and was on staff at a large church for 8 years. Her passion is to help women, in the midst of life’s challenges, find freedom, strength, courage and joy, by using all 5 senses to experience and receive God.

Yolanda "Yo" Miller

Yolanda ("Yo") serves Soul Care as a Host in the Collective, Soul Care's digital community for those who long to grow in soul health together. She used to be a youth pastor, but now leads graduate students in spiritual formation groups at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, as well as cohorts with Fuller’s De Pree Center for Leadership for those in the marketplace who are exploring God’s calling. She launched a soul care ministry in January 2021 and is a soul coach and trained spiritual director.

Carrie Myers

Carrie finds joy and purpose in helping individuals and groups become more aware of and grounded in God’s presence, love, and leading in their everyday lives. Along with her husband, Ryan, she leads Vineyard One NYC, a small, diverse church in New York City, where she is a worship leader and spiritual director. Carrie holds certificates in Spiritual Direction and Ignatian Exercises Accompaniment from Sustainable Faith as well as a PhD in English and American Literature from NYU.

Kim Nielsen Van Natta

Kim Nielsen Van Natta

Kim's desires to create safe environments for people to experience God. She earned a Masters Specialization in Spiritual Transformation, is a trained companion for the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, and a certified iEnneagram Motions of the Soul practitioner. She served in full-time ministry at a megachurch for 11 years. Kim is also a certified Forest Therapy Guide, helping people to connect to the God of Creation in nature.

Adam is the co-founder of LifePoint Resources, a soul care ministry for leaders in need of restoration, discernment, encouragement, and the gift of a listening companion. Adam completed his spiritual direction training through Sustainable Faith.

Melissa Sievers

Melissa’s 15 years of experience in non-profit ministry fueled her passion for companioning the spiritually thoughtful via soul health and discernment. She serves the Soul Care team as both a Soul Care Leadership Coach and also as a Spiritual Director. Melissa champions wellness in body, mind, soul and spirit, and creates safe spaces for others to experience slower rhythms and encounter the loving presence of God.

Casey Tygrett

Casey has been practicing spiritual direction since 2015. He has served in both small rural churches and suburban megachurches since 1997, and has taught undergraduate and graduate seminary courses in the US and Australia since 2005.
