A calm place to write
How the ninety days work
One question each morning
A single prompt, drawn from the ninety day journey. Write as much or as little as you have.
Write it down, or say it
Lined paper, an optional photo, and dictation for the days when typing feels like too much.
Watch the days add up
Ninety small circles. Each one you fill is a day you showed up for your soul.
Everything kept close
Search your entries, favourite the ones that mattered, and sync across your Apple devices.
A prompt on your Home Screen
A widget shows the day's question with a Begin button. Tap it and you are writing.
Show up once, then rest
Once you have written, the widget marks the day complete and keeps your entry a tap away.

The Soul Care Journal also exists as a printed ninety day journal, the same rhythm in a book you can hold. Some people keep both.
What people are saying
So good! Simple to use, but you can feel the care and intentionality behind every part of it. It creates real space to pause and reflect on what your soul actually needs. Highly recommend!
I often feel overwhelmed by most journal apps. There are too many capabilities and too little focus and direction. I love how simple and straightforward this one is!
This is such an awesome app! What a great resource to encourage me to pause and listen to the still small voice of God in my day-to-day life. I love the dark mode feature.
If Soul Care Journal has helped you, a short review helps other leaders find it.
