As this new year begins, the weight of our fast paced, digitally dominated, and deeply divided world still lingers. The demands of leadership, ministry, and everyday life in a shifting cultural landscape continue to press in. Soul health is no longer a peripheral concern. It has become urgent.
For many, the burdens of 2025 have not simply disappeared with the turn of the calendar. Burnout, isolation, and uncertainty still sit heavy on teams' shoulders. This is a necessary moment to pause and ask: Where will you draw strength and resilience for the year ahead? What could make 2026 different?
At Soul Care, we believe the path to a thriving year begins by attending to the health of your soul. And attending to the health of your soul begins with reflection.
We want to help you take some intentional inventory around three essential practices for the journey ahead: fostering hope, building meaningful connection, and deepening your relationship with God.
We encourage you to find your journal/phone note memo, set aside a quiet space, and begin this year with intention.
Protect Your Hope Fiercely

Hope is a critical anchor for navigating life’s challenges. How can we live without hope?
Above all your other responsibilities, add hope to your list. Each day, how are you staying encouraged?
The disappointments of the past year may have left your hope depleted.
Recently, a participant from one of our live retreats shared that their time of retreat and reflection led them to a place of renewed hope.
They described feeling like George Bailey on the bridge in It’s a Wonderful Life, crying out, “I want to live again! Please God, let me live again!”
This year, let hope become your strength. Are you in need of new hope?
Start the year off reflecting in a journal:
- What setbacks from 2025 are weighing on your heart?
- Where do you need closure to move forward?
- What promises and truths will you keep close this year?
Foster Genuine Connection

What is your relationship with your phone like as you step into 2026? For many of us, digital distraction continues to feel out of control, quietly distancing us from real connection.
In an era of endless input, the ache for authentic community is profound. We were made for connection, yet many struggle to find it.
Relationships require intentionality and cultivating them will require stepping away from screens and stepping into presence, vulnerability, and shared time.
In this season, it is crucial that we have places where we can be fully known.
This year, consider how you can nurture your relational life:
- Who have you drifted from because of busyness?
- Where could you create space for deeper community?
- What boundaries with technology might help you be more present?
Soul health flourishes in authentic relationships. Take a walk with a friend, invite someone to your table, or look for small ways to show up more fully in the lives of others.
Reignite Your Connection with God

Even when our work continues, it is possible for our connection with God to quietly grow cold. Often, the very passion that led us into leadership or ministry becomes buried beneath responsibility and pressure.
This slow disconnect creates dry ground within the soul, and dry ground is far more susceptible to burnout.
In both good seasons and hard ones, the clearest indicator of soul health is not favorable circumstances. It is a deep sense of God with you and for you.
As we begin 2026, consider ways we can intentionally seek a closer relationship with God:
- When are times in my life where I had that deep sense of God with me and for me?
- What spiritual practices do I feel drawn to?
- What is my prayer as I begin 2026?
May this year be marked by hope, meaningful connection, and a growing awareness of God’s nearness.
Begin 2026 with Soul Health in Focus

Looking for guidance/accountability in your own soul care practices?
Many of us already know what would help our souls: space, retreat, reflection, and wise guidance. But knowing is not the same as sustaining. What is not structured rarely lasts. What is not protected on the calendar quietly disappears. And if we hope to live and lead from a healthy soul, benign neglect is no longer an option as we move forward into 2026.
That is why we created Soul Care Rhythms.
This membership is designed to give you something steady to return to. Practices and relationships that are woven into your life rather than left to chance. A relational and sustainable way to tend your soul over time, alongside others who are committed to doing the same.
As a member, you will be invited into:
- Weekly guided check ins
- Monthly semi silent retreats guided by our team
- Quarterly one on one meetings with a Soul Care Guide
- A yearly retreat and planning guide
For years, individuals and leaders of leaders have been asking us for a year round approach to soul care. We are grateful to finally be offering it.
First Year Rate
To mark the New Year, we are offering a generous first year rate. This is the lowest this membership will ever be.
You can join now for $45 per month or $450 for the year.
That includes:
- 52 guided check ins
- 12 guided community retreats
- 4 one on one meetings with a spiritual director
- 1 annual planning practice
That is about the cost of one meal out each month.
If you are ready for a different kind of year, one shaped by intentional rhythms rather than survival, we would love to walk with you.
