Terms of Service

Cancel/Reschedule

We do our best to accommodate schedule changes as they arise. If you need to reschedule a session, please give as much notice as possible. We are happy to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance of our original appointment. Should you reschedule, cancel or not attend within 24 hours of your appointment, Soul Care may still charge for that session.

Confidentiality

Information shared in spiritual direction and leadership coaching sessions is confidential and will not be discussed or released to anyone, except in the cases where there is sufficient cause to believe that a life is in danger, or when you appear suicidal. In addition, in an attempt to gain perspectives and ideas as to how best to companion you, your Director/Coach may meet with other skilled Directors/Coaches regarding supervision for their sessions, but they will not disclose identifiable information. Directors/Coaches at Soul Care are required to report child abuse, child sexual abuse, elder abuse, or intentions to physically harm self or others.

Hold Harmless

Soul Care Services are guides for your own growth, spiritual and professional formation, self-discovery and decision-making process. Soul Care does not accept responsibility for decisions you make before, during, or after receiving Soul Care Services. By making myself available for Soul Care Services, I am agreeing to take full responsibility for my actions and will not connect any harm to Soul Care. I also agree to hold harmless and release Soul Care and its owners, employees, directors, and coaches from all liability for my actions.

Conciliation

I agree to settle any disputes according to the Guidelines for Christian Conciliation, without appeal to outside civil court.(copy of Guidelines may be found at https://peacemaker.training/guidelinesforchristianconciliation/).

“May you listen to your longing to be free. May the frames of your belonging be generous enough for your dreams.
May you arise each day with a voice of blessing whispering in your heart."
