SOS Journey
Do at your own pace online course (ask about optional cohorts for teams or groups)
This world-class online journey provides a comprehensive introduction to the themes of Soul Care in the context of leadership. The course is completed either at your own pace, or completed as cohort with a facilitator from Soul Care over an 8 week period(just 1-2 hours a week). The SOS Journey includes immersive video lessons and online content, paired with personal Spiritual Direction sessions, to create a cohesive path to greater soul health.
More About the SOS Journey:
We have seen the results of burned-out leaders living uncentered, dis-integrated lives. We have seen what happens when people strive and work and keep going without any regard for their soul.
It doesn't have to be that way... The SOS Journey will guide you out of burn-out (or help you avoid it in the first place!), and help you flourish.
