What is Soul Care Leadership Coaching?

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching” (Hebrews 10:24-25).

While plenty familiar, this kind of “spurring one another on” is typically very difficult for leaders to experience for themselves.

All too often,  we’re busy supporting others on their journey, or deeply immersed in the day to day challenges of our own work…, there’s no one focused on helping us take our own right next steps. It’s easy to lose the anchor of our own connection with God, get stuck in ruts working in ineffective ways on the wrong areas, and ultimately lose hope. We get it; we’ve been there! And, we’ve seen what a difference it can make, having a coach alongside as we take risks, stretch for desires, develop our skills, and grow into our gifting and calling as God directs.

Soul Care Leadership Coaches helps leaders receive that all-important relational connection to spur them forward. Coaches help you identify desires and even goals, put current realities in perspective, restore or increase forward progress, and do it all from a place of overflow. Through consistent caring conversations over time, your life really can express the potential God has placed within you.

FAQ’s

Why coaching?

Often times we grow stale as leaders. We have a difficult time zooming out and gaining a new perspective about our life or leadership on our own. Coaching can propel you forward and take you from where you are to where you want to go.

How long is a leadership coaching session?

Each session lasts 45 minutes. For best results, we see clients for three sessions each month.

Does my location matter?

Soul Care Leadership Coaches can help you from anywhere! We encourage you to connect to your coach by phone in surroundings conducive to focus and confidential conversations on a variety of topics.

What if I’m a publicly known leader or leader of leaders?

Most of our clients are publicly known and/or leaders of leaders. We very much understand the unique pressures and scheduling challenges that accompany this calling. We want to reassure you: Soul Care Coaching is entirely confidential, and will stand to greatly benefit those you lead… but without them ever needing to know a thing about us. That’s at your discretion.
